How do I return an item purchased on JubiDubi?

Login to JubiDubi, place a return request:

  • Click 'Return' to open the Return Request form
  • Fill details and submit form.
  • We will  process for Replacement/Refund depending on your request.

Exceptions:

In some cases accepting returns will be very difficult for us.

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Inner ware.
  • Fragile and hygiene related items.
  • If return request is made outside the return window period.
  • If missing price tags, labels, original packing, free gifts and accessories.
  • If Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Any consumable item that has been used or installed.

  • for Apparels only in case of manufacture defects only . buyer has to raise the return request with in timeline of 3 days after delivery 

Free gift/s delivered along with the product are mandatory to return while returning the main product?
Yes. Free gifts delivered along with the products shall be returned. 

Part of order is eligible for returns?
You can return part of the order, when your order contains multiple products, and you want to return one or more products from that order.

What is the refund criteria?

  • Store credit is provided for the exact amount of your return value. 
  • If you don't find any other item of you liking to buy with us, using your store credit, please let us know. We will do the needful.
